At the cash register Me: “I’d like an iced coffee, please.” Clerk: “Size!” Me: “S” Clerk: “410 yen!” When giving out change "yes!" that's all If you don't say thank you, then as soon as you give them the change, they look sideways and look at you. If I were the store manager, I would be fired right away lol

  Cho-san? The customer service of this person was poor. I placed it on the tray as if I was throwing change, and when I told him I wanted chopsticks, he put it in the bag as if it was a hassle. It was very unpleasant.

  The clerk couldn't understand Japanese. The way the change is placed feels like it's being thrown away, The worst part was that I couldn't understand what he was saying under his breath, and when I asked him for a stapler to attach it to the receipt after I paid the utility bill, he told me he didn't know what a stapler was. When I tried to get another staff member, she got angry and was scared. Is it okay for such a person to work in the service industry? Is it okay to have the worst mouth and attitude?

  I had read other people's reviews, so I was nervous about how bad it was before using it. In conclusion, it's a normal convenience store. I used it for the first time around 7pm at the end of March this year. There were two young men working the cash register at that time, but their language was polite and they never acted in a hurry or made me feel uncomfortable. However, there are a few reviews that say "terrible!", so other employees may be worse. I can still count the number of times I've used it on my hands, but I haven't had any unpleasant experiences, so I'll continue to use it.

  The staff at the store were unfriendly, and even though I bought a lunch box, they didn't ask me, ``Would you like me to warm it up?'' They asked me, ``Will it fit in a plastic bag?'' When I said ``Please,'' they gave me a blatantly disgusted look. As with any convenience store, the number of employees who blatantly cut corners has increased.If they can't take their job seriously, they should just quit, but from the customer's point of view, it's a big nuisance! If you don't change your mindset from sincerely saying you're selling to sincerely thinking you're buying, you'll go bankrupt. It's 1 star, but personally I'd give it a minus 5 star because even children can have better customer service. As an adult, I'm embarrassed.
