  Very convenient. From ticket issuance to utility bill payment, it takes just 30 seconds, the time it takes to order an iced cafe latte, whereas it would take more than 35 minutes at a financial institution. I was very impressed with the prompt service of the staff and the delicious seafood kakiage bowl prepared by the kitchen.

  It's a convenience store that I often use because it's close by, but the customer service is poor or cold, and I'm scared of the people wearing name tags like leader and sub-leader. Is that name tag just a decoration or what does it mean as a leader?
