::The glasses store clerk has a really bad attitude... I think there's a better way to say to a customer who's giving out a coupon, "It's not eligible! It's not eligible!"...

::An old lady with long, messy white hair has a really bad attitude. I want people to stop handling items in such a way. I felt very uncomfortable. I wouldn't be able to work at a supermarket cash register. At a level where I don't think I can work anywhere. The usual foreigners are still doing better. Please, I want a decent person who can serve customers to work there.
Oh, mein Gott gg
::I don't know if it's because he works a part-time job late at night, but the guy who wears glasses and has messy hair is always looking at his cell phone at the cash register or wearing Bluetooth earphones while serving customers. It would be fine if they were serving customers properly, but they were silent and unfriendly when paying the bill. It's better not to underestimate your job just because it's a convenience store. I think the store manager and manager should improve this as soon as possible.
Hi Tbri
::The clerk with messy hair and glasses who is always there late at night is always on his smartphone and doesn't say a word when customers arrive. It's fine if they just say nothing, but even if someone is waiting in line at the cash register in the middle of putting out an item, they ignore it and continue putting out the item. Don't apologize even if you make a mistake. The fat store clerk I used to work with wasn't very friendly either, but he was getting angry at the old man, which made me uncomfortable. The foreign store clerks are much more friendly and nice. Honestly, I don't feel like going in when I see a store employee with long, messy hair, wearing glasses, and constantly fiddling with his smartphone. Also, this store basically doesn't have chopsticks or straws, so you should just take the one next to the cash register without asking. I want it to become a decent convenience store as soon as possible. postscript For some reason, a male store employee whose hair was messy late at night has suddenly had a new look with a shaved head, but he wears wireless earphones and plays with his smartphone while working. I'm working on my smartphone next to the cash register while spreading the items out in the aisle to prevent people from passing by. Why keep him employed instead of firing him?

::I think it's quite small among convenience stores. The display of rice balls and sandwiches is in the back, so it's hard to tell if there are any products available. The shelves also feel small. Visited on a Sunday night. It's good that the space under the hot case is dedicated to new functional food/special health products. The drink shelves display a variety of different types of drinking water (especially tea), so it's hard to tell at a glance what's available and what's not. Also, Ponta's bonus points have a good return rate, so I actively check them, but the products are not displayed in the first place. You should be more careful. Don't you do oden? Both Seven and Family Mart have tremendous sales promotions for oden, so people who are looking for a low-calorie oden meal are likely to use them. (I also often eat Seven Oden this time of year.)
