  There were two clerks in the store, but were they both in the office? There was no sign of someone coming out, and furthermore, there was no push button on the cash register side to call the clerk. There were two or three customers in line, but there was no sign of the staff at all. Lawson Shimotajima store has a push button at the cash register and the customer service is good. I can't use this Ojima store because it's only foreigners.

  Easy to get to due to location. Loppy's installation location is unnatural.

  Lately I've been stopping by late at night, and the friendly, dandy clerk I see most often is a world of difference compared to the strange old man I saw when I stopped by about a year ago, and the customer service and greetings are so good that I've started coming back. I did. There was a post saying that the store was dirty, but I saw the clerk cleaning the shelves, so I didn't think the store was dirty. As others have written, the bald guy in front of me was so bad that I hadn't been there for over half a year. Even when I called, he didn't come out. It's nice to be able to go to a convenience store late at night and not feel uncomfortable because the staff are friendly.

  The store clerk (manager?), an old man who is bald at the top and takes great care of the remaining hair on the sides and back, had the worst customer service at any convenience store I've been to in recent years. Occasionally, the staff would not say ``Welcome'' or ``Thank you very much,'' but they seemed to be extremely troublesome. If you're old and sleepy at night, consider hiring a younger part-time job or something. If that was the store manager or owner, I'd probably want to quit my part-time job. The rating is minus 5 stars.
