  When I didn't know how to make copies, a clerk came to my side and taught me how to make copies. When I have a problem with Loppy, I talk to her, and when I ask about anything else I don't understand, she explains it carefully. I think it might be difficult because the store is close to schools and the city hall, so it tends to get crowded, but the customer service is polite and easy to talk to, so I use it often!
