  Of the three women at noon, an older woman and a young girl serve customers with a level of friendliness that you won't find at other stores, but the woman who is in the middle of her age makes me wonder what I did wrong. Customer service with a disgusting attitude. I don't know why I'm so irritated, but I'm really not cut out for customer service, and just shopping makes me irritated. When you buy a bento, ask if you want it heated.

  The big male store clerk with the attitude that everyone is talking about has quit (or been fired?), but the shaved store manager and a young man are now working the night shift. It has become a normal convenience store.

  The customer service attitude is terrible. Even though I just called to ask if the product was available, I was met with an arrogant attitude such as, ``Do you have that product?'' and ``Don't think any Lawson has it.'' I was a little frustrated because I couldn't find the product I wanted, but I think that's a little strange. I felt very uncomfortable. I don't want to call or come into the store again. To be honest, I don't want to give it even 1 star. Looking at other reviews, it's only 1 star. However, this attitude means that they haven't read any reviews at all. Please read the reviews carefully and try to improve.

  This is a store where the part-time female customer service attitude is as bad as ever and makes me feel uncomfortable. I wonder if they're not going to teach them even if they've been criticized so much by word-of-mouth that you can almost hear it coming out of their mouths...The foreigners at the store next to Mac's nearby have much better customer service. If you're always so unpleasant to me, why don't you quit your part-time job? I can only see that you're trying to make money. If it's true, I don't want to give it even one star.

  Lawson is located right after getting off at Kamegai Interchange.The parking lot is not that big, but it is easy to get into. ATM available
