  When I entered the store, I was glared at by a female clerk in black clothes with heavy make-up. When I was checking out, I casually looked at the name plate and saw that this person was the store manager. He speaks in a matter-of-fact manner and doesn't make eye contact, giving off a somewhat prickly tone. As I finished paying and headed for the exit, a delivery vendor was pushing a trolley and greeting the store manager, but he didn't even look at me and ignored me. If I had time to put on my make-up carefully, I might as well practice greeting people a little more.
