  The staff are not trained at all. Part-time jobs especially for men! As other posts have said, it makes me feel sick! I feel like I'm cheating on my customers. Even if there is a salesperson who is good at it, if others are not... It's been a while since I last went there, but no matter how many people have changed, the customer service hasn't changed from years ago (lol)

  After getting into trouble once due to poor customer service, we no longer recognize it as a convenience store! The parking lot is wide 🅿️ The difference is obvious compared to the convenience stores in the neighborhood. I guess there are good people in there because the past is so bad... but I don't feel like going. Lawson headquarters should also think about it...I guess they're evaluating only based on sales! If a Seven of the same size opens nearby, it's over.

  I think he's a high school student, but he has a bad customer service attitude. It's close and there's a coin laundry next door, so I use it while I'm waiting. The morning clerk has a good customer service attitude, but... it's a shame.
