::I stopped by this Lawson to buy lunch. Then I went to the bathroom and washed my hands, but there was no soap. What is it like in this day and age where you can't wash your hands after using the toilet? When I told the lady wearing glasses that there was no soap, she said, ``I'll replenish it, so please come next customer.'' I understand that you are busy at noon, but could you have done something to prevent the soap from running out? Are you telling me to wait there without washing my hands? I hope you can improve your unfriendly attitude! Another problem was that the toilet was dirty. However, the young clerk had a cheerful voice and had a good customer service attitude!
