  The store staff's customer service is too bad. Everything from the way they speak to customers is the worst I've ever dealt with. I will never go there again.

  There are reliable store staff, so you can feel safe when using the store. When the store didn't have the item I was looking for, they told me when the next item would be in stock, and when I lost something, they took care of it and helped me out.
