  This store is very friendly to its customers. There may be a lot of local repeat customers, but from an outsider's perspective, I think even close friends are polite. There was a mistake in the register at the store, so when I called them, they asked if they were really in the customer service industry. After that, when I went to the store, the young manager seemed to be intimidated by the person he was dealing with. After that, I talked to the area manager, so the store may know who I am, but to be honest, the store is not able to handle complaints satisfactorily. I'll never go there again, so I don't care, but I'll never go to a store run by someone who doesn't have professionalism in their work.
