It seemed like they were forcing me to buy something, but I didn't buy anything. I charged it at a nearby Family Mart. I only use it when I need it because it's in a convenient location, but I try to avoid using it as much as possible. I don't go there at night. The capacity to stay at 7 am is bad.   I really don't want to give even one star. I went to use Kuroneko Yamato FAX, but the clerk did not know the details of the service. I asked about it, but I was told that "customers at the cash register are given priority" and I was not dealt with. (Even though there were two cashiers) I followed the posted instructions and it didn't work, and when I asked for a refund, they just kept saying, ``It's your fault for making a mistake.'' As a retailer, this response can only be described as foolish, even though customers are getting extremely expensive with just a 50 yen refund. I will never use it again.
