  When I went to eat the chicken next to the cash register in my car, it was so cold that I thought it had been in the refrigerator. Surprised, I went back to the store and asked for it to be warmed up, but I was told that it was room temperature and that the customer should warm it up in the microwave. I wish the owner, who was the first to respond, would have said something. I wasn't even asked to warm up the rice balls. The way the wife spoke to me when I asked her to warm it up wasn't very good either. It was a bit of a shock because I use it often.
