  I don't like the customer service of older women on weekday nights. Unbelievable cashier handling...I can feel your frustration. I thought Lawson's customer service was relatively good, but...Lawson's signboard makes me cry✋

  I made a purchase of 326 yen. I put out 1000 yen, I put out 20 yen, When I tried to pay 6 yen, the bill was charged to 1020 yen. Don't you think they would give you 6 yen? Is it even better?   Are you the owner of this place? An old woman in her 50s or 60s Every time I go, the customer service is bad. I have never been able to go home with a good feeling every time a person works at the cash register because I only receive customer service that is snobbish.
