  Recently, I met a store clerk for the first time who finished paying the bill before I even took out my point card and didn't even ask. When I took out the bill to pay, they didn't ask me for the change and just paid the bill lol I didn't have time to take out the change lol I'm so irritated lol

  The lady clerk here really made me think, ``This feels so bad!!'' After paying the bill, I thought it was expensive for what I bought, so when I checked the receipt, I was charged the price of two bento boxes since I only bought one, so I asked to see the receipt and get a refund. I tried calling out to him, but he was really unfriendly. Even if I told you, would you have understood? I felt that the response was similar to what I expected.   Isn't the clerk here a little too unfriendly? A certain female clerk showed too much reluctance on her face. I came here because I didn't know how to operate the machine. They leave customers alone when they are told that they don't know anything. If you were a Lawson clerk, how about learning about a few things in the store, though I won't say everything. Also, the male clerk's face shows that he is unfriendly. There are almost no words from "Welcome" to "Thank you."
