  I visited your store last winter. I was very concerned that when the leader crew moved the steamed buns to the fixtures, they refilled them with their bare hands instead of using tongs. I wonder if they should at least wear plastic gloves...I think they use tongs to remove the steamed meat buns after they're warmed up, but I wonder if they don't use those... I think they restocked the supplies after their hands were disinfected, but I felt really bad about it. It's a shame because there was no particular problem with customer service, and they were doing a good job of offering advance notices, fill-in-the-blanks, and discounts.

  The customer service attitude of the crew is too bad. He selects people to greet, and is the worst at answering the phone. We don't need a Lawson like this that doesn't even apologize. Why not return the store to the headquarters right away? ️We strongly recommend that you refrain from using stores with low social morals like this. There are other good stores as well.

  Even if you take the wrong coupon to the cash register, the store staff will take it to you. I'm a little sorry. There are people who are attentive and it's a pleasure to use it. However, there were many speeding cars coming and going. There is a step in the irrigation canal on the road side, and I often see people falling, so be careful!
