  You can buy the things very cheaply here. Although you might not find everything there, the varieties are quite good. Though I am quite saddened at the vegetable section. It's close to nothing, or not fresh. In such a big and popular supermarket you're likely to expect more and better vegetables if you care about your health and what you eat.

  Has a wide variety of cheap-dirt items! I love this supermarket! They have all sorts of products. I usually go here for milk tea ice cream, but lately I don't see it on the shelves :(

  A very cheap supermarket with a wide selection of products. It's a little out of the way, but it's worth a trip when you can get peanut butter for 100 yen. There is a great range of bento prepared on site and a decent bakery.
