::I don't have a deep understanding of Japanese food, but it was the best ramen I've ever had. The meat that came as a topping was so flavorful that the extra bowl of rice disappeared right away. I highly recommend it if you want the deep taste (salty and oily) of authentic Japanese style. It's private, it's about foreign people, it's about Japanese food, it's about Japan, it's about food, it's about food, it's about food, it's about the tasteいでした。

::The entrance of the store is clean and has a nice atmosphere. To order, purchase a meal ticket from a vending machine that accepts electronic payments. I'm a little disappointed that the cushions are a bit dirty. Since it was my first time, I ordered the standard ramen with soy sauce. There were no customers that day, probably because it was raining in the morning. Anyway, why is it zero at this time of day? Just when I was feeling anxious, the ramen arrived! Drinking the first mouthful of soup...yum! A slightly oily texture. Just right. Drinking the second sip of soup...it's definitely delicious. The noodles are curly and slightly thick. Menma is thick and crunchy. The chashu is light. Even if you drink all the soup, it won't feel heavy. It was delicious until the end! By the time we finished eating, customers started coming in one after another. If it's this good, they should come. You can choose between Ramen and Eunmen, but it seems that there are only a lot of toppings. Date and time: A certain Sunday before 12:00 Order: Ramen with soy sauce Parking: Unconfirmed Bicycle parking: On-street bicycle parking is available in front of the store.

::This is a very attractive restaurant where you can enjoy Hokkaido's three major ramen dishes. First of all, I tried Asahikawa soy sauce ramen for the first time. Yeah! delicious! Furthermore, perhaps because they use a special ramen bowl, I was very impressed by the piping hot noodles and soup until the end. It's cold in Hokkaido, so I personally don't like ramen shops that have slimy soup. Next is Sapporo miso, and last is Hakodate salt, which is originally from my hometown, so I'm sure I'll visit again.
