  Thanks to opening a store in Morioka, this is a store where you can enjoy Tono's Genghis Khan. It can get crowded from the time it opens, so you'll want to leave plenty of time. The interior of the restaurant has a sophisticated layout, and you often eat on the mezzanine floor, which gives you a sense of freedom. I often order the standard Genghis Khan set, but the thickly cut and satisfying meat is addictive. I think it's a restaurant that can be enjoyed by a small group of 5 or 6 people.

  I searched to see if there was a place where I could eat delicious Genghis Khan without having to go all the way to Tono Town, and Tono Meat Center Yahaba branch came up. Meat takeout will be open from around 10am, and the food and beverage corner will be open from 11am. I was confused because there were so many menus, but I chose one that allowed me to sample and compare 6 different parts. First, you look at the menu on the table, decide on your order, and then place your order using an iPad, contactless. It has a flavor that uses koji to remove the odor and taste of the meat. The default tsuke sauce is medium spicy, and if you order sweet or dry flavors separately, you can have them brought to you free of charge. 👅Lamb tongue...the crunchy feeling you get when you accidentally bite your own tongue is impressive.🥵I wonder if the texture would be like this if you kept biting your own tongue. 🫀Lamb heart has a fluffy texture that is full of Nandakore feeling. The texture is a bit unpleasant. 🤭It seemed like koji was used to remove the smell from areas with strong odors. I was able to enjoy the tenderness of every part of the meat. After eating everything, I wanted to eat something more, so I ordered the lamb 🥟✨🐑 dumplings. The minced lamb had a chewy texture, but the aroma of the koji that suppressed the odor spread throughout the dish, and as a lamb fan, I wanted to enjoy the flavor of the meat. For dessert 🍨, we had a gelato in a box made with milk from Tono.
