  Horrible service. Worst hotel I visited in my life. Specifically asked for non smoking rooms for our group due to health reasons of one of our group members. We ended up getting all smoking rooms. When we tried to cancel to get refunds, they said it was fine. Few weeks later I received word from my bank that the hotel refuted the refund saying we didn’t cancel our booking within 3 days of check in. We clearly canceled our reservations right on the spot and we’re told that it was taken care of. I am appalled at the service and dishonesty of the hotel staff.

  女性に安全なところではありません。 One of the worst place I have stayed in Japan.. The staff is extremely rude and there is no safety for you or ur valuables in the room.. i left the room for breakfast for less than 30 mins (I took the room key with me).. When I come back I see the house staff entered my room without my permission (didn’t ask them to even clean my room) n going thru my things and my gold jewelry went missing…. when you ask the hotel desk, they are extremely rude all they say is it’s hotel policy to enter your room at any time they want and ITS OK TO TOUCH or EXAMINE CUSTOMERS LUGGAGE OR ITEMS… (of course I will put a police complaint for thE lost jewelry ) I have never seen any hotel In japan which says we reserve the right to touch and examine customers property at any time.. worst security n worst staff… never stay here.. I Ps I never got any help to get back my jewelry.. always take a video is ur items in the room before exiting else they will take it n blame it on you…

  Small guestroom, located in an entertainment area, there are many karaokes, nightclubs and shopping mall around the hotel. Just few minutes walk to subway 栄station and Mitsubishi.

  部屋 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 接客 ⭐️⭐️ 清潔 ⭐️ 風呂 n/a 朝食 n/a 夕食 n/a Poor guest service at the reception, the receptionist spoke within 5 words during the whole check in process, failed to introduce complimentary feminine accessories to guests. Room was dusty and looked old, the dust was terrible, even on the chair and at the floor light area. 1 complimentary bottle of water for a twin bed room, if there's none, I can take it, if there's 1 for the twins, I don't get the theory. The only positive thing is the room is relatively big in size in the downtown, however this cannot avoid I identify this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan for the pass 20+ trips, including this 32 days trip.
