::I come with my team for 2 nights and it was much below Average. At the pictures is look good on the reality was below average and old. Staff are not professional, that is impossible in Japan. (I live in Japan for many years) Pool is dirty and the water are oily. The worst was Bad Bugs !!! It was very hard experience!!! Aaa and is no beach !!!!

::Service at the Lounge was questionable. I came down for afternoon tea with my 8 year old daughter. We ordered one afternoon tea set and the server (a middle aged woman) said that the afternoon tea set was for one per person and my daughter would need to order a separate drink. We live in Okinawa and this is the first time we’ve been told something like that while doing afternoon tea at other places. I’m with an 8 year old child.. the set already comes with so much tea- and how much can an 8 year old eat? She didn’t even finish the drink she was forced to order, and we did not finish all the tea that I could have just shared with her.. what a waste. Also, I looked over to a table with 7 Japanese ladies, and they were all sharing only 3 afternoon tea sets and no other drinks. Why weren’t those ladies told to order extra drinks per person? They were all adults. I wanted to go up to the server and question why we were forced to order more when the group next to us didn’t have to.. but I did not want to make the table next to us feel uncomfortable.

::Beautiful hotel with sprawling amenities, a couple restaurants, and shops conveniently located inside. Breakfast can get crowded but friendly staff keep it clean & move everything along efficiently. Room was clean. Front desk helped me get an affordable ¥610 bus ticket to the airport.

::Great hotel for a short or long family stay or for one person. Very friendly staff and the rooms are comfortable and well organised. The balcony is great for watching the sunset and it's location is perfect. Only a couple minutes from a beautiful beach.

::I only went for lunch so I haven't seen the rooms but, if the rest of the hotel is any indication as to what the rooms look like, I'm willing to bet they'll meet and exceed your expectations. The food was some of the best I've had out here or anywhere, honestly. As with most places here, the staff is courteous, friendly, accommodating and quite helpful. The location is in a great spot and there are plenty of things within walking distance of the hotel, including a beach. The garden they have surrounding the outside pool area is beautiful and definitely worth walking through.
