::I ordered a set meal of ramen and fried horse mackerel. Total 1100 yen The ramen is similar to Rairaitei, with back fat, soy sauce, and thin straight noodles. Green onions, pickled radish, garlic, and bean sauce are lined up on the table, so you can change the flavor to your liking. The fried horse mackerel was freshly fried and crispy, and I was surprised that it even came with tartar sauce. People who want to eat a full meal can adjust the amount of rice a little more. It seems more cost-effective to have this set meal than to add toppings. Even though it was crowded, the customer service of the female clerk who paid attention to every detail was amazing. It's very different from a certain Jiro style nearby. I even received a 100 yen discount coupon on the way home. I would love to come again.

::I went there recently because it had a reputation for being delicious. The ramen is better than before, but Rairaitei and Yokozuna are still better. Fried chicken was also becoming popular, but it was small and didn't run out of oil. The fried rice was also a bit oily, which was disappointing. This place was Lotteria about 30 years ago, changed from Sushita to Sushiro 20 years ago, and became Kairikiya about 10 years ago. Lotteria is a hangout place for students. Sushiro was popular, but the sushi they served was pretty bad, so it closed down before I knew it. I thought Kairikiya would go bankrupt soon, but I think it's amazing that they've made a comeback. I think if you do it without cutting corners, it will become popular. Customer service was 100 points.

::Kairikiya has a large parking lot. Orders are placed on a tablet. Customer service was also polite. Each table has a chair for small children, so it is a child-friendly ramen restaurant. It is a delicious ramen with a stable taste.

::Ramen with special soy sauce meat, grilled rice (small). Noodles, back fat, and green onions are normal. There's so much chashu that it's sticking out (lol) The chashu was soft and delicious. The fried rice is also nice and crispy. The noodles are often made firmer, but regular noodles are also good. I was curious about how "Koku-umami" differs from regular special soy sauce. [Features of this store] This store is located along Route 129 (Expo Road) eastbound. There is space for about 18 cars in the parking lot in front of the store. [Common features with other stores] When ordering, you can specify the hardness of the noodles, amount of back fat, and amount of green onions. All-you-can-eat green onions and all-you-can-eat pickled radish. In addition to the standard soy sauce ramen, there are other flavors such as rich flavor, spicy miso, and salt. There are also many side dishes such as fried rice and fried chicken gyoza. You will receive a 100 yen discount coupon for ramen that you can use next time. [Infectious disease countermeasures] Each seat was separated by an acrylic board, and after customers left, they were cleaned up and disinfected.

::Visited on Sunday after 1pm. The parking lot is large so we were able to park at the same time as our visit. We were quickly ushered into the store, but it was already full. I asked for the ramen and fried chicken set. The fried chicken and rice came before the ramen. The fried chicken is small, but I love it because it's soft and has just the right flavor. After a few minutes, the ramen was served. The ramen is close to Rairaitei, but Rairaitei is definitely better. And the noodles had a lumpy texture that I dislike. I thought maybe it was because I had asked for it to be firm, but the texture remained crumbly until the end. The chashu was soft and delicious. There will be no revisit
