The director's response was the worst. I had been going to this hospital because I was using an affiliated facility, but my symptoms got worse, and when I was taken by ambulance, I was told that there was no doctor in charge, and the director refused to treat me. It was done. As a result, emergency services were inconvenienced, and families who were not feeling well had to undergo testing again, placing a huge physical and financial burden on them. I am very distrustful and disappointed in the response of this hospital.

I also understand that since it's a hospital, there's basically no need for kindness. As expected, the woman at the counter was in a really bad mood, as if she were sick. Even if you are dissatisfied, your personal feelings and work are separate issues... It will let the other person know that you are reluctant to do your job. I would like this to be improved as the patient's mood becomes even more depressed. →Recently, there are times when people are changing.

I wasn't feeling well and had a fever the night before last, so I went to an internal medicine clinic. Even though I was an adult patient, I was treated as if I were an elementary school or middle school student. Even after I got home, I felt even worse. I will never go again unless absolutely necessary. What's more, they call out to patients who can't move right away while clearing their throats, or, for some reason, I don't know, but they look at customers' faces and laugh as if they're making fun of them while talking secretly...I wonder what's really going on.

Even in 2024, there will be restrictions on visiting with hospitalized patients as a countermeasure against the coronavirus. What's more, even families can do it once a month for just 10 minutes. I understand that the nurses and staff are working hard to help patients and their families, but the hospital's policies are disappointing.
