  I've been visiting this restaurant for some reason since my days at Ristorante Kasai. When changing to Cucina, the store went through a major renovation and is now where it is today. Although his daily cooking is wonderful, I personally believe that Chef Kasai's true strength lies in the game he cooks from autumn to winter. The grilled Ezo deer that I ate with my wife before we got married is still talked about in our family. I would like to visit again to see the chef's face.

  It seems that reservations are required. The flavor of seasonal vegetables is delicious. There was a bagna cauda full of vegetables and an omakase dish with a choice of fish or meat, and that day we had grilled sea bass and grilled bone-in lamb. However, I think it must be difficult because the chef is doing everything (from customer service to cooking) by himself. The food was very delicious and they were kind.
