::2024-5-23 First visit at noon This is my first time at Shibata Shineicho store. I was very satisfied with the standard large serving of green onion miso topped with natto, lots of garlic, and served rice!

::First of all, the store is unsanitary. The table is sticky. Everything you touch is sticky. Oily dust on the windows. This kind of filth is unacceptable in a restaurant. Next, the voice of the old lady clerk who was on the floor late at night was so low that I couldn't make out what she was saying. When taking orders, all I say is ``gyoza rice.'' Even if they just called it gyoza rice...I used to go to Kuruma and Ramen often in other areas, so I understood, but I thought people who came here for the first time would be taken aback. As I observed them silently, I noticed that they didn't say anything to customers as they entered the store, but when they paid, they said thank you and made a sound. It was almost closing time, so a customer came in and told me not to come because I was tired. I could clearly see the emotion he was expressing. I'm probably tired, but it's work, so I think it's no good if I don't serve customers properly.

::I've been addicted to Kurumaya's natto miso ramen ever since a friend told me about it. There was also a Kurumaya in Shibata, where I visited for work, so I stopped by. A little different from the natto miso I've had at other Kurumaya restaurants, this one had a slightly stronger garlic flavor. So, I get the impression that many people order it without garlic. Even if it's the same Kurumaya, it's a little different depending on the store ^_^ I wanted to try other shops as well. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal! ^_^
