Normally, there would be doctors and nurses, but here we only have social welfare lawyers who don't know the field. In the end, the patient is sent to another hospital or facility. Furthermore, he is the worst person to make decisions about the transfer destination, date and time, care manager, etc. without consulting the patient or family at all. Furthermore, his attitude is overbearing. The response is to say that you are great. This staff member is the reason why this hospital's reputation is falling and the inside of the hospital is in turmoil.
