  I used it for the first time for my child's dental checkup. The teacher's voice was a little low and hard to hear, but she explained everything very carefully. On this day, the staff was on sick leave, so there was only one dental hygienist, and she was handling all procedures and reception duties by herself, so there was some waiting time. However, this can't be helped, and I thought it was polite of them to post a notice to that effect before the reception.
