  It's a little inconvenient if you go by car, and the waiting time can be very long because the inside is small, but I like the location. I've wanted to work here about three times in the past, so I've seen job openings and contacted them over the phone, but no matter how many years have passed, the guy in charge of hiring is always the same guy, and I find it really unpleasant. I don't want to work for this person, so I give up without applying every time I get a call. When I called, I was introduced to a job that was completely different from what I had applied for, the main points of the conversation kept changing without my permission, the things I was saying didn't connect at all, the explanations were insufficient, and I didn't ask many questions. I can't get it. I always feel like they try to end the conversation right away, or that they only talk to me for their own convenience. It's so bad that I can tell from just a phone call that he's always looking down on applicants and employees. I don't know where to file a complaint, so I'll write it here. I have always wanted to retire as soon as possible.

  I can't do it here, I don't understand it, I'm tired of all the things. When I call the customer, they tell me to call the post office, which is useless. Even though there are so many lines at the Yu-Yu counter, they don't even try to clear things quickly, and they still don't have any intention of improving things like asking people to sign for receipt. The web system is about two generations old, the phone support is poor and bossy, and the counter is always crowded. Do we all have to comply with your negligence? I don't want to get involved as much as possible. There are many good delivery people. The counter is no good.

  When I used the service for insurance and mail forwarding purposes, I received a solicitation for a credit card. I refused because it wasn't necessary, but the staff's attitude clearly got worse after that. Also, this also depends on the person, but I've seen some people blatantly dislike work that seems like a chore. I didn't see anything like that when I did the same thing at another post office... I felt sorry for the grandmother who had asked for this procedure. Not all people are bad, but their bad behavior (?) is too noticeable. Since it's a large post office, I think there are some items that can only be accepted here, but I wonder if there's something we can do about it.

  Until now, the Kurashiki main office was a last-minute stop for picking up packages when I was late at work, last-minute shipments, and when I needed to receive same-day reception, but the Yu-Yu counter has now closed at 8 p.m. Ta. This is quite painful. Still, considering that other branches close around 5pm, I'm very grateful. Also, there are not many parking spaces and it is always crowded, there is a lot of parking on the side of the road, and people often cross the road on foot, so you need to be careful.
