Perhaps because the reception desk is divided into general reception desks, prescription counters, accounting counters, etc., even though there are a number of receptionists, it seems that they are not in charge of them. Each reception desk is often unmanned, making it difficult to decide whether to wait or call. There was someone waiting right in front of me, but there was no guidance, so I kept looking at my computer or going somewhere, and I felt anxious because I had no choice but to wait without being told anything. Even if there are definitely people waiting, they seem to be ignoring me, so if I want them to wait, I would like them to guide me to wait. How about having one person at each counter? Even though I showed my insurance card, I was still responsible for the full bill, so I inquired about it, but they didn't even apologize. It's bad in comparison, but the adult disease center was wonderful, so it stands out even more. However, there are some departments that are only available here, so I have no choice but to be patient. How about incorporating training on customer service etiquette?

  It is a general hospital that is easy to get to because it is located nearby. I am being cared for by a gynecologist. The teacher gave easy-to-understand explanations and asked if there were any suggestions or problems. Please also ask. The receptionist is also good. However, I was concerned that I could hear the staff chatting from the back of the gynecology department... I want you to talk quietly so I can't hear you. There are some people in the waiting room who are not feeling well. This is a place where you should be careful. Even if the waiting time is long, I still go because the teachers are good! If I was there first thing in the morning, I could see the doctor quickly! !

  Thank you for taking care of me during the night emergency, and I was treated with great care. However, the medicine I received afterwards was not enough, so I made an appointment in advance to receive additional medicine, but I waited in the cold car for a total of 2 hours. During that time, all phone calls I made were to nurses and then doctors, all asking about my symptoms. I thought they were going to give me the same explanation over and over again. This one has a sore throat. Also, I asked for antipyretic medication, but it wasn't available. My symptoms are getting better little by little, so I don't need it anymore. I am well aware that we are short on staff, but I thought we could do things a little smarter.

  I visited the hospital with severe knee pain. I had X-rays taken and the honorary director examined me, but I was surprised by the treatment. It's probably a meniscus, but if it hurts that much, I can't even do a test. It seemed like there was water in my knee, so I asked them to just remove the water. If it still hurts, you can come back again, or you can go to another hospital. I was told. I think it's normal for there to be long waiting times since it's a general hospital, but this response was made after waiting. If it doesn't hurt, I won't go to the hospital. Could this be another cause? Even though I know this, I can't even get tested. I chose a large hospital because I thought I would be able to get tested. Are patients in pain turned away at the door? I didn't want to go there again.
