  I used it while returning home. It doesn't bother me at all at similar stores outside the prefecture, but this store was so noisy that it hurt my ears. The sound of dishes being cleaned up in the kitchen was louder than the shrieks of small children, and it not only made my ears ache, but also gave me a headache. It's really strange that it makes such a loud noise and no other customers complain. I can't eat in peace! Also, there was no particular problem with the nigiri sushi, but the fish soup was far from the sample, and the fish meat was all flaky and crumbly 💢! I felt very angry! It's at a level where I often wonder if they can offer a product like this. I can't wait to recommend this store to anyone! Lately, there have been a lot of issues with posting reviews, but on the other hand, I think it's okay to just do simple and beautiful things. We believe that it is important to share real and honest experiences, such as when you have had an unpleasant experience or had a problem with the way the other person treated you at a store or facility.

  Lunch time use Since it was the first day of Golden Week, it seemed like there were a lot of family members visiting. On the day of my visit, I made a reservation through a special app about 2 hours before I arrived, so I was able to get a seat without lining up. We cannot answer questions about waiting times for ticket issuers. There was nothing special about the service, but I was surprised to see that sold-out items disappeared from the touch panel. Please be careful if this is your first time using this product as it does not indicate that it is out of stock. It's not that there aren't many staff members, but there were so many people that I thought I'd refrain from calling... so please be careful if you don't like crowds. *This is a personal opinion. Bikkurapon *The probability is about 1 for every 30 dishes in normal use. The probability increases with a plus amount. Of course, you can enjoy your meal without using Bikkura Pon.

  I witnessed someone taking their order from the lane in the kitchen and distributing it as an individual order. . . I wouldn't go so far as to say it's bad, but it's kind of confusing. Also, when I ordered a parfait at the Chestnut Fair, I was shocked at how different it was from the photo! It's a scam (lol) Having said that, it's a restaurant that kids also like, so just in case ☆☆☆

  Kura Sushi is famous for its Bikkurapon. I came on the weekend, but if you don't make a reservation and enter the store, you'll have to wait a long time. There was a collaboration with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. It was very delicious.
