  I would like to introduce some of the things I ate. I've been to other stores and Kura Sushi in Taiwan, and this is my comment in comparison. *This does not apply to Kura Sushi at other stores! [Raw shrimp] It contains more water than you can imagine from its thinly crushed appearance, and the moment you bite into it, water overflows. You can enjoy a new texture with a crunchy texture. 【squid】 It's so thin that you can't believe it's squid, and it's easy to take into your mouth. The conversation was lively, and we had a great time making comments such as "What's that? Engawa?" and "It's squid!" 【Savory egg custard】 It's so smooth that you can't scoop it up with a spoon. You could call it dashi chawanmushi. It has a bland taste, whether it's because it's not solid or because it has a lot of water, so it's a gem recommended for people with high blood pressure. 【croquette】 Crispy on the outside, maximum oil content on the inside. The skill of being able to retain so much oil while still being so crispy is truly a miracle. [Japanese black beef Tenkomori] Oil is the best! There's oil on the plate. When you put it in your mouth, the oil soaked into the rice is amazing. Even Jiro-style ramen's back fat max can't beat it. This is a great product that I would recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight. [Seafood and soy sauce ramen] The ramen itself seems to be factory-cooked, so it's not particularly interesting.
