  It's not a very large bank. I went after 2 o'clock. There were about 8 customers, but there was no wait time. Maybe it was because the time just happened to be good. I remember always having to wait at Higo Bank, so I didn't have to waste time. I stopped by to open an account. Customer service is courteous. I was able to complete the procedure with peace of mind. Parking is easy. About half of the area is gravel.
