If that's the case, shouldn't they announce something like ``No reception at this time'' or ``Reservations required'' when taking the number ticket? I'll wait until I get a number. Even though I was already spending time in the parking lot, it was a waste of time. Also, it's inconvenient that opening an account requires a time reservation, even though you don't know if there will be a parking lot available. I went to another bank nearby and was able to open an account easily, so I won't use them again.

  I use Kumamoto Bank all the time.I have a savings account and time deposits.I don't have to wait, and the staff at the counter can help if there's something I don't understand.It's convenient because it's close to my home. This is a bank that loves people with nice smiles.
