::Thank you for your help at the emergency department. All the other hospitals turned me down, but they accepted me here, and the doctor was very polite and kind. The receptionist and nurses were also very nice. I'm glad there's a good hospital nearby.

::My usual pediatrician didn't offer BCG vaccinations, so I was referred to them. During the pre-vaccination examination, the doctor treated my 5-month-old daughter so roughly that it was scary even for me as a parent. My daughter was crying even before she got the injection. While waiting in the exam room for the nurse to bring the preparations for the injection, the doctor looked up at the ceiling several times and let out a sigh. I wasn't born in Japan, so I'm not very familiar with BCG, so when I asked the doctor questions about how to care for the affected area after vaccination and the normal course of the disease, I was asked why he was asking such questions. That was the cold response. Furthermore, the nurse's response after the vaccination was cold, and I was moved from the examination room to the waiting room to dry the affected area, but even though I was desperately trying to comfort my daughter who was crying profusely, she said, ``We don't have any toys.'' ! (Laughs) Why don't you watch it on YouTube soon! You'll never dry up if you cry! (LOL) I almost cried. I was told, ``It will dry in about 5 minutes, so please wait with your head fixed and your arms straight.'' However, I was left alone for about 20 minutes, and when I approached another nurse who was passing by, she said, ``Oh, it will dry. "You can go home now," he said. I thought it was a place I never wanted to come to again.

::As others have written, I don't understand why Dr. Nakano is in pediatrics. Rough and cold response. At the one-month checkup, the child was handled roughly. I was asked to wait outside, so as I was about to leave, I heard a staff member bluntly say, "Okay, go over there. I'll do it by myself." Is that the same attitude toward the staff? Thank you very much for your help in the obstetrics and gynecology department, and it was a shame because the doctors and staff were all very nice people. For that reason, I am saddened to give 2 stars, but I am posting this with hope for improvement.

::Thank you for taking care of me during prenatal checkups and childbirth. Initially, I had planned to have a painless delivery, but my water broke much earlier than planned and I had to have a normal delivery. I was quite nervous as it was my first time giving birth and it suddenly turned into a normal delivery, but the midwife taught me how to push and I was able to give birth safely. The hospital's amenities were extensive, making it easy to respond to sudden hospitalizations, which was very helpful. There was a water server, herbal tea, etc., and although it was light, there were snacks and midnight snacks, which was a bit of fun and I was happy. The child was in the incubator for only a few days, but the pediatrician gave a thorough explanation. I was surprised that the midwives and nurses provided more thorough mental care for the mother than I expected, asking if I had any concerns or questions. I can only thank everyone for being so good to me. Since I don't have a chance to express my gratitude, I decided to write a review. It took me a few days, but thank you very much.

::Despite the bad reviews, the doctors, nurses, and laboratory technicians from the emergency department to the orthopedic ward are efficient. Although some of the ward nurses are tough nurses, the work is mostly done by veterans. The nursing assistant staff are all cheerful and smiling. The food was average. A mobile kiosk comes every day. I also take frequent showers. In the morning, you can see the sun rising from the Shinjuku area, and the night view is beautiful. You can see Mt. Fuji and the sunset from the lounge. Comfortable hospital life.
