  Among the people at the checkout counter at the entrance, The receptionist who takes care of my curly hair is in the hospital and I feel uncomfortable (in many ways). No explanation. The name is Koto Hospital. It's a nursing home. Doctors are bad too

  I have to go to the hospital counter to change my reservation, which is quite inconvenient. If you cannot go to the hospital counter, please visit the general clinic. When I checked over the phone, I was told that there was a mix-up.

  It's the worst. There are nurses who, based on their own beliefs, place the responsibility on the patient. It was later discovered that the nurse had made a mistake, but the patient did not apologize. I think it would be better to retrain the staff.

  It is the only multispecialty hospital in the area. Unfortunately, I stopped doing emergency care and the signboard as a general hospital has been removed. . . The pediatrics department works every weekday and even in the afternoon, which is very helpful. Almost all of the staff are wonderful people. I think they are having a hard time due to the lack of doctors, but the hospital has become much cleaner and I hope that it will continue to be a good hospital.
