  The response is too slow. Even though there are 3 employees for every customer, no matter how long it takes, they don't respond. No apology for making you wait. Very different from the station front post office.

  I used it a few days ago. The reviews here seem to have a very bad reputation, but my personal impressions aren't that bad. I wanted to buy stamps, but over the past few years, 82 yen has changed to 84 yen, and then 62 yen to 63 yen, so it's a bit confusing💧 What's more, I have extra 52 yen and 82 yen stamps from the past, so when I send a non-standard size item, I have to calculate how many stamps I need and then paste them...it's a pain. So, how many stamps do you have? I think it was written about on the internet, but when I asked... There is no such paper guide here, but they told me orally everything about stamps from as small as 1 yen to 2 yen to 500 yen. As expected, this was the first time I had met someone at the post office who could answer all my questions immediately. In that sense, I think that education is being done properly. Some people may think it's normal since they're at the post office, but...you don't see them very often, do you?

  Overall bad customer service Last year or the year before, I had a female employee make fun of me because she didn't know what products I was dealing with, and told me it didn't exist. In the end, I was able to handle it and had the procedure done. I was taken aback by his attitude. Recently, as mentioned in other reviews, the explanations by the men are terrible and sloppy. This store is probably made up of a bunch of people with bad customer service. All I can say is that I feel sorry for her.
