::Visited the hospital for cavities treatment. As others have written, I had the anesthetic needle stuck into my gums while the topical anesthesia had not taken effect, and it was extremely painful. This was the first time I had felt such intense pain. I've never had anything like this happen at other dentists I've been to...

::Thank you for your help with regular checkups. I had a cleaning done, but the instrument hit my back tooth and caused it to bleed. When I contacted them with a painful condition similar to canker sores, they took care of the situation. The doctor and staff will examine you carefully. It's helpful because the children seem to be having fun going there.

::There was no explanation of the details of the treatment or the outlook for the treatment. However, the procedure for canceling medical treatment and how to make a reservation for medical treatment were explained using PowerPoint materials. I felt that the points we were focusing on were not the same.

::I started treatment with peace of mind based on the easy-to-understand treatment method and explanation of the rough treatment period and treatment costs. We are helped by everyone who is close to our patients, such as aftercare, maintaining dental health, and explaining minor symptoms.

::This dentist speaks some English. I don’t speak a lot of Japanese. I had a broken filling and his office was recommended by a family whose family members spoke both languages! They are very professional and helpful! I recently brought my kids for a cleaning! My son is Autistic and Dr Kondo personally did his cleaning. My daughter speaks Japanese (my children are twins) from her past 2 yrs in Japanese public school. So she had no problems following directions!
