  Even though I ordered regular shaved ice, they brought me mini-sized shaved ice. Even though I pricked my finger, the person on the other end didn't care and brought me the wrong item, so I thought that the employee's customer service training was not very good. It's been a long time since I last worked with Komeda Coffee, so I was disappointed. Please train new employees properly.

  Entered the store around 7:40 AM on a rainy Monday. Ordered plenty of egg pizza toast and mini Shiro Noir. How about being held in a restaurant or in the customer service industry where the cutlery is held in place, and the tip of a knife or fork is pointed at it?

  Visited around 17:00 on 2023/05/04 (holiday). No waiting time. After being seated, I ordered a limited edition Mini Shiro Noir Black Mont Blanc and a generously sized iced coffee, which is not available at the local Komeda Coffee. The Mini Shiro Noir Black Mont Blanc successfully reproduced the taste of Black Mont Blanc with its crisp chocolate, crunchy texture, and vanilla-flavored soft serve ice cream. It is Black Mont Blanc that has been sublimated as a meal. was delicious. If you drink the Dera-plenty size, the ice cubes will melt and the bulk will increase, so it won't go down easily. Although the taste of the drink itself will be bland, it is perfect for keeping it sticky for a long time. I would love for the local Komeda Coffee to carry it as well. The customer service was comparable to other Komeda restaurants, and I didn't think it was better or worse. Thank you for the meal.
