I called to ask what department I should see, but they didn't listen to the end of the conversation and decided to send me to an otolaryngologist. However, the receptionist at the otolaryngology clinic was still kind, and the nurse who took me to the place where blood was drawn and an intravenous drip was administered the last time I was examined was smiling and worried about my health. He was a very nice person. I think the lady at the reception should follow her example.

  My father was in the hospital. I was hospitalized for the same illness, first in internal medicine, then in surgery. My father is elderly, so I accompanied him to the doctor's appointment. I was a little worried (because my father is old), but thanks to the kind and courteous attending physician and the gentle and kind nurses and other staff, the surgery was completed successfully and I was discharged from the hospital.
