::I checked the size of the item I wanted to ship, and when I brought the special bag to the reception desk after purchasing, I was told that it was too large and would not be able to pass through. This is impossible because I had measured the size many times. I had it shipped through another post office and it arrived safely. This post office has a very bad reputation and is very famous, but you are a woman in your 50s, please do your job seriously. For those living in the Tokuriki area, this post office is the only one nearby and it is painful to have to travel far.

::Previously, we used to send Yu-Pack and Letter Pack to outside the prefecture. I used to use it a lot when sending out stamps, but one day I asked the counter to give me the extra stamps I had (my partner and I both like postage stamps) by pasting the stamps I had on a non-standard size I was sending out to another prefecture. The director insisted that the stamp was common and made me feel very uncomfortable. (One day on the news, there was an incident in which another post office stamped itself without permission, collected the stamp fee, and sold the stamps at a shop to make a profit, and I even thought that might be the case.) It was a forced sale of stamps. Since then, I only use ATMs and use other post offices for mail. However, I was told by someone at work that there is only one young man who is very nice and takes care of his work, so since the coronavirus outbreak, I have been using the service from time to time only when he is there. ...Really nice and polite, I would like to give 5 stars to that person.
