  On behalf of my child, I asked the person in charge about my Japan Post Bank passbook and card, which I hadn't used in about three years. The person in charge was a man named Tsuji ❕ He taught me everything carefully one by one, his voice was easy to listen to and his customer service attitude was good ☺️ His personality showed on his face 😊 I was able to listen comfortably as well.   At the postal counter, there is a female employee with a large body and attitude, so I try to use the counter where that person is not present, even if it means standing in line, or go to another post office if possible. It's kind of intimidating, or rather intimidating...scary. When I went there the other day, I was serving customers while sitting on a chair with my legs crossed. Even when I was taking change, I sat on a chair with my legs crossed. Since there were so many of them, their expressions looked a little angry. You're getting a good education.
