  While the selection of food and goodies is great, I can't stand for a company that sells teeny tiny baby animals in teeny tiny cages for exhorbitant prices. It breaks your heart to see them there, and to not see a single older cat/dog. Makes you wonder what they do with them once they get "too old". This problem is igrained in Japanese culture, and it's really sad. ADOPT. DON'T SHOP. I can promise you a mutt will love you just as much and be just as cute and nice as a "brand" animal. If I find somewhere else that carries the food my kitten likes, I will stop giving them my money. The staff is very friendly, and the store is clean and nicely organized. It is a bit up-scale.

  Very friendly and helpful people. Some can speak good English. Get a membership card to enjoy discounts. Great grooming work on my dog.

  Quite a big pet store w a good variety of products. Love the cleaniness of the place.
