::I ordered Guatemala's limited edition beans high roasted. While I was waiting, I was happy to be able to get some coffee, I think it was a blend. But here's the problem. First of all, it was almost at maximum firepower from start to finish. The first goby was almost finished, and I thought it was time to raise the beans with a spoon while watching the second goby, but for some reason I started opening the windows for ventilation and put away the beans that had been left on the fire. The beans that finally passed the second stage and were allowed to cool down were jet black and had a French or Italian class finish. Maybe I misunderstood, but I didn't say anything and bought it, thinking that it was a good idea to bake it for me, but when I tried brewing it at home, I was disappointed. I'm not very good at roasting beans very darkly, and I felt it was a waste to roast the limited edition beans completely black. I don't think I'll go there again, but I really hope that the food is cooked to order.

::I bought coffee beans for the first time at this store. For first-timers, we offered a tasting and were able to check the taste using different roasting methods. The sound and aroma of roasting that I could hear while talking with the friendly owner gave me a very elegant feeling! The coffee I sampled while I was waiting was delicious! This is a store I want to visit again when I come to Iwaki.

::It's a little far from Iwaki Station, but if you go nearby, the aroma of roasting coffee will waft through the air, inviting you to the shop. When I go to a roaster, I buy their ``blend.'' This is because the beans selected by the master are the best way to understand the master's roasting technique. This shop is perfect.

::A hidden treasure in Iwaki. The master likes to speak English. He will roast a bag of coffee after you ordered it. Yup. Literally the world's greatest coffee. It takes about 10 minutes to roast the coffee so while you wait, you can enjoy a cup of coffee. Really interesting patina from the years of use.

::Delicious coffee and friendly owner. Prices are reasonable and the coffee is roasted fresh when you order it. The owner can also speak English.
