::It's hard to know which department I want to go to. There is a display, but it is missing. Even though I made a reservation, I had to wait for over 2 hours and had no contact. When I checked, an elderly nurse came to explain things to me, but I couldn't understand why I was kept waiting because the explanation wasn't convincing. Afterwards, the doctor gave an explanation, but it was different from the nurse's explanation and there seemed to have been a mistake.I can't believe the nurse lied even though she should have said that from the beginning. Basically, hospitality is lacking. Other university hospitals are even better. This is fundamentally no good.

::I gave birth at this hospital. I was receiving medical check-ups at a private hospital until I was about 33 weeks pregnant, and I was referred to a hospital and started going to the hospital halfway through my pregnancy. Even if you make a reservation, you will have to wait for more than an hour. There were only a few chairs in the waiting areas in front of each clinical department, and I often had to wait in pipe chairs in the hallways, where the air conditioning wasn't very effective. Outpatient examinations were carried out in a casual manner, and at a private hospital, they took their time to check on the baby even during ultrasounds, but since there were a large number of patients and time was limited, examinations were carried out to the bare minimum. It goes by so quickly. The doctor in charge changes depending on the day of the week, but since it was the same day of the week every week, I continued to see the same doctor. I felt at ease because I was given a clear explanation of the child's developmental status. The environment in the ward was good. There were no issues with the staff's response, and it was easy to ask questions. Different teachers came to check on me every day. I gave birth naturally and didn't need any special treatment, but the hospital expenses were around 160,000 yen...I thought it was expensive. When I told people who had given birth at other general hospitals, they were surprised.

::I received a letter of introduction from another hospital for a tooth extraction and came to the hospital, arriving exactly 30 minutes before the appointment time according to the appointment slip. Things were normal up until the interview, but after that I had to wait for 4 hours, and due to my chronic illness, I couldn't treat her today.I thought I could tell her once the interview was over, so I asked her if she could tell me after the interview, and she said, ``I could.'' Are you kidding me?

::This hospital has many different departments. The inside of the hospital is like a complicated maze, so if you are visiting for the first time, you will definitely get lost. There are a lot of examination rooms, so You will need to remember the number of the doctor's office you are going to. When the teacher calls my name, I start walking in. In addition, reception and accounting are automated. If you don't understand There is someone in charge nearby. If you ask that person They will teach you kindly and carefully. By the way, the parking lot costs about 500 yen per day.
