Hospitals that won't treat you if you're unwell even if the coronavirus has reached type 5, and I want you to reconsider what your primary care is for.

The general reception staff basically has a silent style. When I came to the hospital and handed over my reservation form and insurance card, the staff members were talking to each other or just taking the information without asking me, and I didn't say anything. I didn't know what to do and sat down, but suddenly I was called and went to the reception desk to see Mr.○○? It is said. You don't even look at the recipient when you receive it. Even over the phone, the response is high-pressure. Personal information may be copied without permission by the staff at the outpatient reception desk. My test results were copied without my permission. I got it at the testing center here, so why would I have to copy it? At least say something before I do it. There is very little parking space considering the size of the hospital. Even if you make a reservation, there are many times when you can't make it in time because there is no parking space available. Basically, major illnesses can't be treated, and even if you go in for a checkup or test, they won't be able to see it at home, so you'll be told to go elsewhere. If you're going for treatment, it's better to go elsewhere.

During the night, my family suddenly developed symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration, so I called to see a doctor. I called because it said on their website that they have an emergency department and would be available for emergencies at any time, but I was unable to do so because the doctor on duty today was a surgeon. I was told to look for another hospital on my own and was refused. Honestly, I wondered why they were on duty. The next day, I also felt unwell during the night, so I called to make an appointment to see a doctor at night, but I was again refused, saying that I couldn't see an internal medicine doctor because there was only a respiratory doctor available today. I understand that unless you are in the department of the doctor on duty, you will not be seen in the emergency room. After that, I went to another hospital as an emergency, and the doctor on duty from the radiology department, who had nothing to do with internal medicine, carefully examined me. I thought it would be because I'm a member of the union and it's close to my home, but I don't think I'll ever visit this clinic again.

I didn't use the facility myself, so I don't know how the ward and nurses reacted, but when my mother, who is in her 80s and needs care, was transferred to another hospital, I held the nurse's hand and said with tears in my eyes, ``I'm going to miss you.'' Since I was reluctant to leave anything behind, I felt that they had treated me very well. My mother is very clear about what she doesn't like. Although I was not able to visit the hospital, the hospital was clean and I could see from talking to the nurses that they were working hard to care for the patients, so I felt safe entrusting them to them. is completed. If possible, I would like to stay here for a long time, but in 2017? Since then, the law has changed, and I was transferred to Asakura Hospital because I was now hospitalized for up to three months. I cared for him at home for 7 months, but it was very difficult, so I'm really grateful to everyone involved in the care.

I came here for a health check. All the staff are polite. When I did a stomach test, there was a meal 🈂️. I'm kind of happy.
