However, when I went there, I was left alone for an hour, and then the doctor said, ``It's nighttime, so I can't do anything. Please go to your family doctor the next morning.'' If they can't do anything, why didn't they just tell me on the first phone call? In fact, I don't think it would be a reasonable doctor's decision to leave an infant with a temperature of over 42 degrees Celsius and unable to drink water for nine hours until the next morning. Were they not interested in the infant's life and were called only to earn a small amount of medical expenses? I feel that I cannot recommend entrusting my life to this hospital.

  I was taken care of by the cardiology department twice as an emergency due to arrhythmia. The difficulty is that the emergency department has a high hurdle, but I am really satisfied with the treatment and hospital stay. It can't be helped that you can't see the doctor after the reception has closed, but what if you come to the outpatient clinic the next day without being told what to do? They said. I'm calling because I can't wait until the next day. It was very painful for me to see my family in pain, and when my family doctor told me this, I became very worried about what I should do. In the end, despite being my primary care provider, I was refused emergency care, so I had to go to another hospital. The patient was bleeding profusely and was in serious condition, requiring emergency surgery. I'm scared to think what would have happened if I had waited until the next day as I was told. Could you please provide medical care that is a little more patient-oriented? To you, you may be one of many patients, but to us, you are our precious family. I was disappointed in the very inconsiderate response.
