The waiting time is long, and even though there are many people around, they ask me complicated questions and lack consideration. I can't say enough about it. Don't just listen. Where did the ladies who were at the previous store go? Are the bad customer service people at the current counter the same people who were at the Uchita branch? Banks are essential to daily life, so I would like the people who worked at the previous Kokawa branch to serve customers.
