::I went to consult with them, but unlike other financial institutions, they were not at all sympathetic and helpful. I understand that they are busy, but I wonder if they have the attitude of chasing away customers. . .

::The other day, I went to the store to have my combined credit/cash card reissued. As instructed, I switched to the Kiyosuma app and made my passbook paperless, but after completing all the procedures, I was informed that ``If I ever need a paper passbook again, I can make one for 1,200 yen.'' The benefit of doing so is not worth 1,200 yen (for example, if you get 1,200 yen worth of points by going paperless, I think it's worth zero. There is no point system itself.) Personally, I do not recommend it. Also, Kiyosuma's history as a passbook seems to be 25 months. It's not like I have to submit a paper passbook or write in my passbook, as confirmed by the bank employee, but as someone who has always wanted to keep a record of my salary transfers, I feel sad. Additionally, I wanted to make a deposit into my account during this period when my reissued card did not arrive, but it seems that Kiyosuma alone cannot do that. It does not have all the functions that were previously available, so it cannot completely replace a passbook. Please be careful. While we were talking about the app, this branch was the one that took care of the issue, so I'll explain here...
