  I went to Kitamura Post Office to request shipping by non-standard size mail. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, but since it was a product, I had put a sticker on it warning it was fragile and should be handled with care. Then, Ms. M (an elderly lady) who was at the reception desk said, ``We have stickers affixed, but we do not handle shipping like this.'' Isn't it natural for people to take responsibility for their work if they're going to collect money, even if it's by non-standard mail? It is a normal part of our business to handle the items we entrust to us with care. I don't think that's something I would dare say to a customer. I understand that there is no warranty. But is there a better way to say it? As much as the other staff members are polite, I think this lady is making the atmosphere of this post office bad. I happened to stop by while going to another place, but it was very unpleasant. If I have a chance to go next time, I will ask another staff member to do it. That's how unpleasant it was.

  I thought the female staff member was a friendly person, but she was selling quite forcefully. Is there a quota for Japan Post Insurance? It was so persistent that I had a bad feeling at the end.
