  I opened an account thinking it would be convenient because it's close to my house, but I can't use it. I didn't know much about the service, so I didn't use it and was told that if I continued, I would be forced to cancel my contract😟 I'll leave it where you want it to be ❗ I don't think I'll ever go to Kitakyushu Bank again🤔

  Overall, the customer service made me think that I should learn a lot from him as a person. An attitude that doesn't seem like a member of society (lol) I don't want to give any stars, but I'm posting this in hopes that it will help people who use this site in the future (lol)
